Just got a used 2007g35x with 49,000 miles on it. I want to bring it to a dealer and have them check what needs to be changed. However, does anyone have any recommendations?

The next oil change is due at 51,000k so I'll bring it in then. Is there a recommended service at 50k? Thanks :)

next big service is at 60k which includes the transmission getting flushed, belts if needed, radiator flush\cap if needed, rear diff and AWD diff service if neeed, induction cleaning (optional), cabin filter if needed, basically all the big dollar items...

basically every 30k is the main service, in between that its just oil changes, intake filters, tire rotations, brakes if needed, etc

do not skip a transmission service, so if you asking what you should do, always do the transmission service...

$100+ now or thousands of dollars later...

I would go with the dealership that you trust the most with your car....
If that is a toss up, I would go with the cheaper of the two...probably Nissan.
I have my transmission's flushed at my local Nissan...for both reasons above.

I changed my plugs at 105k. Probabily could have gotten another 5-10k miles out of them

Agree with Telcoman
I changed plugs at 50K in two G's and believe it was too early in both cases, however I was checking for leaking valve covers (plug chambers) so I changed the plugs since I had to pull the coil paks.

do the air filter your self, save your self about $65... its too easy of a job to let any shop do... unless its free lol

The air intake filter will cost about $20 at any auto parts store or dealer, the dealer will charge almost a full hours labor for a 10 minute job smh..
