What Part Is This From 2004 Maxima

So my dad bought a 2004 maxima and the previous owner put in a Fujita Cold Air Intake. My dad wanted me to put the stock intake back on. I got it all back together no problem but I am left with one part and I have no clue where it goes. Help?
