What is TPS output voltage supposed to be?

I am putting a KAe throttle body on my CA and I checked voltage at idle and it is only .441vdc. at WOT it is 4.4xx vdc. I looked through the FSM and could not find specs for voltage. I am wondering if this is correct because the other vehicles I have call for around 1.00 vdc at idle and 5.00 vdc at WOT. And if I move the TPS all the way to one side or the other it only changes the reading by.2 vdc each way.

That is correct, below .5v closed, around 4.5 volts open. It is the same as hondas.

Yep, they are around 1v closed throttle.
