call arcata transmission, or johns used cars; i bet they will give you a few bucks for it. if not, im sure one of the repair shops will take it for free, hell, i just gave my buddy a blown 5 speed i swapped out of my brothers car. the bearings were toast, gears were good, he said hes gonna use it for parts.

Mine was no good, so I just left it at the shop. I took the speed sensor out and sold it to someone though.

You could try selling everything as an manaul to auto swap. I'm taking all my stuff to the locak junk yard after I swap mine.

I'm hoping that by repeatedly slamming it from reverse to drive to reverse to drive at about 20 mph will cause so much damage the the transmission falls out. Then I saved myself the hassle of actually having to remove it and I can not worry about what to do with it. I'll just toss it.

I'm thinking about gutting mine, cleaning it up, and making a cool piece of furniture or art with it...I don't really know yet....maybe I'll make it into a time capsule, fill it with cool stuff, and bury it in the Huachuca mountains near Mexico. Hell, I may just try to sell it to one of the honda ricers across the street as a high performance 4spd auto that can handle twice the hp of their trans....takes custom fab work to mount.
