1. Emptied PCV oil catch cans: passenger side had about a tablespoon of oil, driver side had about a 1/4 cup of oil/water sludge
2. Changed out R2C intake filters

Well, I actually had to replace my front and rear passenger tires aftermarket because of a slow leak in both tires, she's doing better now.

Correction, the shop did this not me, lol

On my 2012 M37x:
Well this past week I ordered my new front and rear slotted brake rotors and yellow stuff pads from EBC. I installed them this last Saturday. Man, so much better bite.
I had also ordered Goodridge stainless steel brake lines, RS*R drop springs, factory painted (Storm front gray) splash guards, and a Black Aluminum front under tray/skid-plate. All those parts should be here this week.
One question for you all, should I replace my factory struts (60k miles on them) since I’m dropping the car? Or just install the new springs on the old struts?
Wheels and tires will be ordered over Memorial Day weekend to save some $$$$.
Wheels: MRR HR9 20x9.5 +40 offset front and back.
Tires: Michelin sport A/S 3+’s 275/35R20

Hope to share pics soon.

I'd love to see pics on the RSR drop. I think that is what I had on my 2015...I dropped my 2018 on Eibach ProKit 3 days after I got it...then went back to stock a week later. I just was not happy with the aesthetics of it. So I'm looking a Tanabe again. I had to remove my drop on my 2015 as I was in Los Angeles and with all the elevation changed in and out of garages and buildings I was scraping the middle of the car all the time. :/ Here in Dallas I don't really have to worry about that...

Also a big thank you to @Debonair for all the help with the interior and exterior LED lights... installed new headlights Osram Cool Blue Boost HIDs, dual color LED Foglights, as well as all the other lights on and in the car. I have installed the splash guards and Tollbooth Willy undershield while i was installing all the exterior lighting.
I so happy with the way it turned out. PICS to come soon.... now that i know how to... Thanks @EdBwoy for the link. Apparently you can't post pics using a phone... or at least i don't know how to do so.... but laptop works just fine!

Purenv - rims will look realll nice, at least you hadn't finished detailing the car before the rain hit you.

I took care of several rock chips on the front bumper with the Dr. Colorchip kit....definitely passes the 5 foot test, so it's better. Should've taken before and after, but it's hard to see in pictures, plus no single paint chip correction system can match the pearlized white color

Those RS*R drop springs pretty much drop a M37x down about 1/4” lower than a M37s. I still have a few inches of ground clearance, which is what I wanted for my daily driver. I think the stance looks perfect! I am so looking forward to seeing it with the new wheels. Pics to follow...

GOOD NEWS/BAD NEWS... well i have the new wheels and tires i bought from Disount tire installed/the 2 rear tires are defective. It would take a massive amount of wheel counter balance weights to balance the tires properly. Discount tire is taking great care of me and, since there is still room for more tire. They are replacing all the tires with 285/35r20's. i will have pictures soon. Man what a difference in the look of my car!!!

Parked it in the garage.. Then I started looking/messing around and came to find out my mirrors are power folding. 😂😂
I wish there was a way to make them automatically fold when I turn the car off.

You guys have some great cars. Way too many to quote them one at a time, I'm impressed with everything. As for me, I took my Q on the first road trip since I've had her. I drove about 700 miles round trip and averaged almost 30mpg! Today I finally had a chance and Washed, dried, admired. her. :naughty:

Also very impressed with all the mods in here. Picked up my ‘11 37S in 2015. Couldn’t wait to get at it but s*** hit the fan which set us back 3 years. So happy I didn’t sell the car and finally my tanabe coilovers (and tanabe front strut bar for Q50 which is M37 fit verified by this forum!) are being shipped this week. Will post pics after install :)

Pulled my M56x radiator today, after having it bleed out on me. It was definitely what engineers call an interference fit. It did, though, come out without removing the a/c condenser or any other major components.

Lol. Yes indeed! I am thrilled about that aspect of modern cars too.
Did you identify the failure point - crack, seam uncrimping?

Nice!
Might you have any more photos of your setup you could share? I have some OEM silver FX50 wheels that I have been contemplating mounting on my RWD. I did some test fitting and felt like I could get away with wider tires. The front isn't too spacious, but there was room for a wider-than-wheel overhanging tire.

i have to take some more pics, the tires came with the rims, I'll probably get wider tires next summer and get the curb rash repaired...
