I can't seem to figure out what is causing my alignment to shift. Any help would be appreciated. The alignment will shift around almost every time I make a sharp turn like parking. I have replaced the following: steering rack, tie rod ends, LCAs, strut mounts, energy suspension bushings, and tied the tension rod brackets together. The previous owner had adjustabe tension rods, kyb agx, ground control coilovers. Replacing these items have cleared up the front suspenion emensly, but have not fixed the shifts. The car is on Z32 rims with a spacer. I cant feel or see any movement. Any ideas?

Did the steering rack come with inner tie rods? What do you mean "tied them together? Are ball joints good?

The rack came with inner tie rods, all ball joints have been replaced except for the small ones in the sway bar end links, and the tension rod brackets are tied together like as Nismo power brace.

Probably worn out arm bushings. Or the adjustable arms are coming loose, have them lock tite them when they set them.

I don't know of any other bushings in the front suspension that I haven't replaced. (steering rack, sway bar, tension rod, lca) I have not yet had the car aligned, but the tension controls rods adjustment is tight and sercured with the locking nuts. The tension rods are pulling on the LCAs with around 35lbs of force.

For what it's worth, there is an occasional popping noise in the front suspension. Also there is some vibration in the steering wheel, but that could be due to some uneven tire wear.

how are your front bearings?..and you may have warped rotors too...that can explain the vibration in the stearing wheel...check your bearings and get back to us.

I had this problem with my NX and it turned out to be a slightly loose ball joint the castle nut wasn't tight enough...
