Hi my name is Ms. Hopkins,

I have a 2007 M35 Infiniti and loves it. However, I have had numerous of problems with my headlights. I have had to replace my low beam headlights 3 times within in the last few months. Could someone please let me know if this is a factory defect or a factory recall?

What's up M forum

I bought my 2008 m35 last week and really enjoy it so far. So far only mods i plan are exhaust and sub upgrade. I had a audi A6 2.7T before and loved that car but maintenance became a nightmare when i moved to Texas. Cant wait to get the exhaust installed. I took advantage of the element 114 deal. Hi Everyone.

Posted earlier a self-intro in the photo/intro thread but thought why not say hello here as well.

2007 M35, just stock and probably will keep it that way except for an MP3/USB add-on. Have to do it anyway because of the stuck CDs and having to get my airbag module out for a reset (car's side airbags deployed due to collision/not totaled/ fully repaired now).

Here's my photo intro post: post6457452.html#p6457452

Anyhow, thanking all for having me onboard and I look forward to enjoying the forum.

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the site but purchased the 2012 M37 in Sep 2012. Love the car! Got it in Stormfront Grey with Stone interior, premium and deluxe touring packages.

Looking to upgrade wheel size and possibly suspension. Any one riding on 22's? Anyone add coil over or springs to suspension? Interested in experiences and challenges with rims and suspension upgrades.

Biloxi, MS area.

Hello All,

Just wanted to say hello to all, I am a proud owner of a 2013 M37s that i purchased new back in December. Have been on the site just looking around by time to start the process of upgrading this beast.

I currently have uprev with Tuner, K/N, and stillen exhaust. I just ordered my pro kit to try to get the noose a littler lower.

Will follow this post up with some question on Uprev and a 2013 and will post some pics.

Thanks

New to the forum, Been a Lexus/Toyota guy all my years driving and was very hard to make the switch

Just purchased 06 M45 Sport, 96k, Stock everything, just added tints, very nice car, coming from Lexus LS430(One of the best luxury cars IMO)

Driven it about 1000 miles already, few small issues I have:

Gas Mileage is something to get used to due to its high rev, 16-17 mpg so far(yeah I know its a V8, my LS430, was getting 20-21 mpg mixed driving). Manual says 20 gallons, Ive filled 3 times already from below the E line, most I got was 17.59 gallons, so a smaller tank

Seat moves forward slightly when I brake hard, thought it was a safety feature at first.

Bluetooth is mediocre at best. Lane guidance is annoying, need to know how to permanently shut it off even during start up.

Otherwise, this car is fantastic and is a beast, I have all the features(Tech, Journey) except the rear entertainment system. I have snow tires already from my LS, so I will just use those for the winter

Ive been driving moderately since 4 days with a half tank trying to see how to get better mpg, 25% hwy/75% city, Im at a bar under a quarter tank now, 128 miles since half tank, telling me 20.8 mpg.

Looks like driving with the shifter and knowing the right gears to switch is key, as I play the "beat the mpg" game with the on screen computer, keeping rpm low, driving in 4th gear, tires filled to 45 psi, clean air filter, not sure if spark plugs were done in the past, I will do that at 105k as the manual calls

Hello all, finally going to buy my first "new" luxury car and have my eyes set on an 06 m45 sport that I am currently trying to finance. I come from a background of performance so luxury will be a nice change. Here is my 11 second eclipse gsx

Hey Everyone,

Helped my dad order an M35X in 2005 ...and well...he bought a new car...and I bought his old one...so from the land of European cars...i'm into a Japanese one now/again.

Car Details:
2006 M35X
Technology Package w/XM
Navigation
Rear Spoiler
Full Size Spare

I"m surfin the historic posts like crazy to learn....got a few projects on my list:

1 - Replace Belts, Air Filter, Cabin Filter, Fluids etc.. - no worries
2 - Suspension - here's the one I'm looking to learn - Looking for set of springs/shocks or coilovers that are very streetable, but will drop this AWD version about 1--1.5in - Suggestions? - Also, easy way to add camber in front.
3 - Wheels - I'm stuck on wanting to do 18's - What wheel in a 9 to 10in wide will fit/fill out whee well..i.e. offset etc..?
4 - Sunroof - who knows what's going on..i have to push the switch about 10 times to open or close..it moves the roof in like 2 inch increments...i'm wondering if switch is bad..or some programming...hmmm..

Thanks in advance!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum and just picked up a 2007 M45 last Saturday. It's stock right now and I really like it. I know that I'll probably put some tint on the windows, and probably change the license plate and reverse lights out pretty soon. Not sure what else though because she's pretty loaded with options as-is. Anyway, I'll post some pics by the weekend since it's supposed to rain here in Charlotte for the next couple of days. See ya around!

What up how's it going everyone I'm new to Nico club. I own a 2007 Infinity M35 sport and although its a little out dated I love my car. The technology the car has is pretty amazing, its a very comfterble ride and has plenty of space and horse power but wouldn't mind having more HP, over all happy with my car.

Hi all, new member, but not new to Nissans. I just picked up an unmolested, bone stock OEM '06 M35x with nav and technology packages at 134000 miles. The previous owner must have been a meticulous maintainer because everything on this car works flawlessly and it's only just starting to show any kinds of aging with a tiny rattle/squeak from the drivers seatbelt height adjuster, and a little squeak from the power tilt/telescope motor on the steering wheel. It feels, drives and sounds and smells like I drove it off the showroom floor.

Over the years I've owned a 1992 Honda CBR 600-F2, a 1987 Ponitac Bonneville SSE, A 1990 Mazda Miata, a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder, and a 1995 and 1997 Nissan Hardbody pickup. Currently I still have the '95 Hardbody with 230k miles as my s*** dump-run pickup for doing work around the house.

Planned mods? None! I got all of my modding out of my system with the Miata. Now that's a car made for modding! The M35 I plan to keep for a very long time, and as smooth, quiet and comfortable as I can. I'm an old man now, I cherish my comfort (and my back).

Edit - I live in the Pacific Northwest, been here for 17 years. Technically a transplant, but I figure after that long I can start calling it home. I grew up in the outer suburbs of Philly in the '80's.

Hi we have a 2003 M45 Infinity with 80K miles and just learned the engine is failing :frown: . Started the car and is sounded like rocks were in it. The mechanic said we could drive it until it would not start. Has anyone had problems like this? Has anyone replaced the engine with a rebuilt or new motor. Please respond with any help.
