Weekend cruz found speed cutoff!

I had to do some business this weekend, a long ways away, a 2 hour drive one way. So on a sweet & smooth 2 lane interstate hiway, I started playing with a Z-28...I was suprised we were so close for whatever reason...Until...115 MPH anyway...SPEED CUTOFF...Man it came quickly too.I have read some of the past posts on this subject but can't seem to find the answer....Is it just a matter of cutting a couple wires? Where are they located?I might NEED to go faster one day?

read the faq section look for rev limiter/speed governer it is very simple ther is one wire to cut it is yellow with a green stripe. i've heard with that cut you can easily get up to about 145. there is more you can do to the transmission to go a little faster but 145 should be plenty.

If you shift 7 times, you'll top out at 140
