I'd suggest this with one of these. I'd never look anywhere else for a Weber either.

its really not that bad. I'd never done it before and it took me all of about an hour to get it all hooked up. Vac lines are a pain its suggested to go ahead and do a vac delete while you're in there if you haven't already. I have a bunch of pics on what it should look like on my thread. Oh never use rtv with gasoline! just saying...

Oh and by the way I love what you did to the interior of your truck! looks good haha how did you recover your door panels to look like the original? (the gray lines)

vac delete is easy the only vac line you need in the whole truck is the one to the dizzy advance the rest can be discarded and the ports capped. RTV is room temperature vulcanizer its commonly called gasket sealant it comes in two flavors blue and read for cold and hot respectively. You usually see generous helpings of the red stuff on various gaskets, as it does a wonderful job gasket sealing. It's just not to be used in fuel applications as fuel will just break it down. the door panels I used new vinyl I got from a local interior guy for like 15 bucks I think it was 2 yards of fabric but I'm not sure. I glued the vinyl to the removed panels via spray on adhesive. then taped those lines and used charcoal gray vinyl spray paint. Came out looking pretty clean :).

Oh ok well thats good to know haha and ahh i see lol gotcha and thats cool what you did with your panels haha i need to cut a whole new panel for both doors, oh and by the way, your new accelerator pedal pad is upside down  I had that same set of pedals on my old truck and the wide part of the pedal was at the bottom, just sayin haha
