Washer nozzle adjustment

I need to adjust my washer nozzles to spray a bit more up. Normally I would use a pin of some type. My alldata guide says no pin is to be used but some tool. Do you guys know where to get such a tool or better yet how have you adjusted yours. Thanks

It looks like a plastic "key" they use for the adjustment that's just a plastic tube. It appears to be part# 289491EA0A available all over the place for around $10.

There is one on eBay right now HERE.
