i have mine on the lower windshield, passenger side. dont put the plastic one here tho, put the magnet one and use the suction cup to hold it up... i would take a picture but its dark outside.

Here is a example of the location I was talking about

In this picture you can see how the Las Vegas heat during the summer deforms the plastic...

Pics are from my buddy's car club Devious Illusionz... they JDM the hell out of their cars...

I know I would take it, all in good nature of peeling off the sticker on the magnet and putting the magnet to good use, ahhh less to have to deal with.

Is there a reason for having it on there? I mean I have a limited understanding of what they mean so I'm not going to call them stupid but I don't see the point. I understand the japanese use it on younger drivers so other drivers can stay away but why would you want to display that to everyone? I hate it when someone older than me rides with me and critizies the way I drive so why would I put a sticker on my window that means "I'm young and I don't know how to drive."

I mean I guess there has to be a more in-depth reason why because I don't really see the point besides saying you have one. I have some reasons why I don't understand them.

1. People say that they are supporting the japanese but your not supporting the japanese because I think they have to put them on their windows when their young drivers.2. People say that its a warning sign that they are young drivers so the people who actually know what it means on the roads (which I didn't know what it mean till I googled it) can avoid you but to everyone else its just going to look like a colorful sticker.3. And to me they just seem like a sticker your mom would put on your car so you don't get hurt, such as a "How's my driving" sticker.

Once again I'm not bagging on them I just don't understand them. I don't really even know much about them but this is what I got from what I googled. So if there is a good reason why can someone tell me.

In North America it's less of an "i'm a young driver, beware" thing and more of a "JDM culture represent" thing.

Those serve esentially the same purpose over here though. Older people ,who know what they are, will still laugh and stay away from you with one of these sickers/magnets/etc on your car.

You aren't JDM unless you have actually imported and registered, and drive a REAL japanese RHD car, it's all just a bunch of wannabe's. Until you actually get a REAL Tiida, then stop with the !!!

I bet you don't even have an officially whatever straight from over there. It doesn't even matter if you do actually cus where the company is from, is where it's really at, not in the parts themselves.

...or you can use a black exclamation sign on a round yellow circle - this sign is or was mandatory in some European countries for drivers with less then one year since getting the drivers license - one in the windshield and one in the rear window.

I was going to keep my mouth shut... but I like to piss in ponds...

Why would I want to import a RHD car that isn't as safe, doesn't have as big an engine, and would be a financial beast when I can buy a 'luxury' car at an entry level price and have all the US safety features plus a larger engine for less money?

I mean, we're not all retawdid. Now I agree that we should bring over and convert as many Skylines as possible, but TIIDAs ... nah, not really fighting that battle. Sure moving rear seats that recline would be cool, but ... eh, not really high on my list.

It's cool, we are all different, but I'd rather have that then a car that I think can fly!
