Whats a wabaka? I read on Wikipedia that its used for young inexpirienced drivers to show others who they are lol, but wat does it mean here?

its just kind of a way of telling people your part of the tunner scene and you like or drive a jdm car, its more of a fashion thing for cars ion the states, well thats how i and all my friends around here look at them, i like them
