If I install the exhaust system, high flow cats, and intake system myself will the warranty be voided?

Not necessarily.

Per Magnussen-Moss Act, a dealer must prove that the mods caused the failure of a warrantied part ni order to deny coverage.

The dealer HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR WARRANTY!Your warranty is with Nissan North America.

A dealer only has 2 sources of revenue and Nissan by far is their largest customer.

If Nissan doesn't pay then you pay simple as that.

However dealers are obligated by their contract to report mods or other problems they see to Nissan, whether they do that or not is up to them.

Whether they see things depends on your relationship with dealer employees.

Changing oem cats to inferior high flow on the street is a Federal Felony violation of the 1990 Clean Air Act since cats are warrantied by Nissan any such change is a violation until after 80,000 miles.

That alone would be cause for Nissan to void the emission portion of warranty and could be grounds for engine exclusion due to changes in back pressure.

Intake systems depend on WHERE the changes are made.
