2011 Sentra S 2.0L, Prod Date: 05/2011: Rear Noise on Bumps

I noticed my car makes a clunking noise when going over bumps. I replaced the shocks but that didn't help.
Did so more digging and I've isolated the issue to the rear coil springs lower seats.

If you notice the Passenger side, the coil is off center which causes the noise.

I found the part needed, 55032-ET00B rear spring lower rubber seat, but there is a problem. The service manual (RSU-10) states the end of the coil should face the wall but it's not possible for the passenger side. I tried adjusting the spring but it ends up not in the grove. Has anyone had this issue and how did you solve it?

The spring has to be seated in the notch prior to compression. That P side looks dangerous, I'd be fixing that ASAP.
