WTB: Rogue S AWD in great condition.

Howdy Folks.
Since I cannot edit or delete my older WTB thread I'm starting over...
.
I presently have a really good to drive '08 Rogue S which I bought (knowingly) minus a title & it cannot be registered here 'cuz of that.
I wish to step up to a slightly better car which CAN be registered.
.
A better '08 - '11 will be best for me & will likely have to be bought remotely & brought here by a service.
(I've hoped to get one via fleabay but most sold there are with used car lots & I categorically refuse to trust those kinds of places.)

I reside in the backwoods of Vermont, and given my location, this car must be free of the need for any major, immediate repairs - in other words - very well maintained.
.
It must also be smoke-free with 100% working a/c.
I don't need any fancy stuff like a sunroof or leather seats, just a reliable, clean car.
