2005 Maxima 3.5SL Automatic Engine Noise

Hi everyone, recently purchased a maxima that has been sitting for a couple years and I believe it has the common timing chain issue and possibly head gasket leak or some sort of major oil leak. Car drives great but the engine makes a high pitch noise and it gets louder with acceleration. I was wondering if anyone could help determine this noise if it is the timing chain problem or if it could be something else maybe worse?
