I've been experiencing vibrations between 60-80 mph and it seizes when I stop accelerating or go below 60. I've had new rims and tires for a little over 5 months now and I took it to a mechanic to address the problem. Firstly, I had to get a new strut, bushings, control arm ball joints, stabilizer bar link assembly, and link pins. After that repair, I still experienced the vibrations, just not as bad as it was before. I took it to get the wheels aligned and balanced a month later and was told I didn't have centric rings, so I installed new ones and even after that, I'm still experiencing the vibrations, which feels like it's coming from the front right wheel. I decided to get another alignment recently and there was no issues with the suspension. Any ideas of what could be causing the vibration?

Get somebody with a good balancer to do an RFV (Road Force Variation) on the wheel assemblies. You may have a bad tire belt or damaged rim causing a problem that only shows up with the wheel loaded.
