No defrost on '99 i30

I have a '99 i30. The defrost vents aren't working, but I have heat through the main vents. Is this a blend door motor issue? I'm hearing something rattling under the dash on passenger side.

ALSO, NO FEET HEAT EITHER...NO DEFROST UP TOP. ONLY coming through the dash vents.

A/C is the same...no a/c to feet

That would be a Mode actuator issue and not the Blend actuator. See HA-79 here:
