2016 Maxima touch screen acting weird

Hello board -

The touch screen on my radio has been acting weird for over a year now. The touch screen doesn't work and it goes from screen to screen on it's own.

I updated my map about 2 years ago and ever sense I changed the chip out, it's been acting weird. Is there anything I can do?

"Phantom touches" that make the unit bounce from screen to screen usually mean the screen itself is going south. There may be a firmware update for your ride but I can't check at the moment, Nissan seems to be working on the servers this morning. I can tell you the '16's weren't included in the R1911 recall, so if there is an update, you won't be able to get it free.

Do you use anything when cleaning the screen?

Windex on a soft cloth. Spray the cloth and not the screen.
