Found this out for myself a few weeks ago... I have 1mm of clearance between the oil pan and the crossmember and 1mm of clearance between the hood skin and the intake manifold... I had to remove the hood skeleton where the IM is... did you have to do the same?

yeah that looks really good, like it was made for it! now forgive my ignorance, but aren't those the stock headers you just slid between the frame rails?

If so how did that work out?

As for the accessories I'm trying to find a manual PS rack that will fit the S13 and give me a bit lower effort, I really don't care if I have ps or not, though it does make drifting a bit easier with it.I am planning on doing a vh41 style front mount alternator, so you could try doing that with your accessories... I've been eyeing come of the billet stuff that summit racing sells and wondering how hard it would be to fit one of those kits up to my motor or alternatively, just build one to fit the vh.I would also really like to do electric water pump, some of the ones they sell for the earlier Z's look like they are awfully close to working.

Thanks for the compliments guys, the headers are not that low. They are only abut3/4 inch below the frame rail. Its the angle of the picture.

Thanks for the compliments guys. No I've never done this before. I knew how to weld though but this is my first time building headers.

NICE. How much do i have to pay you to remake them so I can put them on my Q!!!

How did you build them? did you bend your own pipe or did you buy a bunch of bends and then cut them to spec...? Also, did you just use the stock flange?
