I'm looking for a VH41 or 45 to put into my Pathfinder. I'm in Sydney and have had no luck so far with wreckers. They can get them, but nil stocks at the moment. I've tried SSS Autos and Ichiban. Does anyone know who else I could try? I need the complete motor and auto, with harness and ECU etc. Would consider a half cut, but not entirely necessary and must be late model as it's going into a 99 pathy and I don't want any dramas with the engineer.Ric

Hey mate ive got a spare VH45 currently. Its just the engine though. You could source the loom and ecu from the states.

I think your going to have a real hard time finding an engine from 99 for engineering. Check with your engineer, as im pretty sure you can put an older engine in a newer chassis as long as it equals or is better than the stock engines emmissions

Im in Sydney also.

Cheers

James

James, Thanks for the offer, but at this stage I'm after a complete motor with harness and ECU etc.

I'll settle for something around 1997 and hopefully the engineer will not know the difference. I have already spoken to him and he has said he didn't see there would be a problem anyway, but thought he may require me to get an emissions test done. I had hoped to not have to do that though.

Thanks,Ric
