Vertical Black Door Grill

Not sure what it's called. It's the vertical black grill that is located next to the doors. Driver's side fell off, looks like the clips just broke. Found some at the junk yard, but couldn't get it off. Is there a trick to removing them? I didn't want to pry to hard and break the replacement one!

I'll check to see if the FSM shows how to remove them.

Edit: Looks like the back of the plastic grill has plastic pins that push into clips that are in the body of the cab. It appears to only be held by the friction of the pin inside the clip. The clip can only be removed from the body of the truck AFTER the grill is removed. The clip can then be squeezed so that it can pull free from the hole in the body of the cab.

You might want to use a trim/door panel removal tool to pry with. That way you can wiggle it in and pry straight up right at the pin-clip attachment point. Les chance of breakage that way.
