Ive been thinking, and I would LOVE to have a convertable 240! so if you guys know anyone who is selling a convertable 240 (perferably black) and its in very good condition, I would trade them my car for it.

My car specs:

139,xxxmiles, great condition, ashtry missing, driver power seatblet motor blown, small hairline crack in plastic on radiator, new clutch, babied all its life, new shocks, runs like new, resognator blown, couple of rust spots (i plan to take care of these this fall) very clean (i had to take care of it if it was gonna sit there for 6 months with a blown clutch!) new back brakes, regular oil changes (getting another right after i get it legal), no weird ticking or knocking noise's...

89 hatch 240

were any verts made before 91, when the pignose was discontinued?

There's ALWAYS a vert on ebay or Autotrader.

Search 1992-94 240sx on Autotrader.

I'm sorry to say I think you'd be hard pressed to find someone willing to trade a vert for a non-vert. Usually someone who has one either A) Doesn't care too much about 240s, and just happened to like the car, or B) Is a vert enthusiat, and would never give it up. Buying really is the only route..
