I would avoid the Nissan Rubber floor mats. I bought a set one year ago when I bought the car new. The drivers side is ripped and torn from normal use. They will last about 10 months. After that the raised ribs will begin to separate from the bottom. Next time you get in with wet shoes or boots (with snow or ice, etc.), it will leak past the torn ribs onto the carpet below. If an el cheapo $10 set from Wal Mart did this, I wouldn't be too upset, but a $67 set of Genuine Nissan mats should hold up better.
For the trunk in the sedan, until something is available from Weathertech or Husky, try a piece of thick cardboard trimmed to fit, or a thin piece of scrap plywood. I have had issues with a heavy item pushing the thin flimsy trunk floor down, where it will pop under the small lip at the back of the trunk. Then it is a PITA to get back up. A full size spare would fix this. Don't get me wrong, I really like the spacious trunk. It can swallow up a bunch of stuff out of sight, and still four people can ride, way better than the Hatch in this respect.
