Mounted my Scangauge in the little cubby over the radio, keeps it out of sight when not used and out of the glare so its easy to read.

I found the OBD2 connector made the cord go the wrong way, so took it out and reversed the OEM plug to get the SC cord going the right way.

Installed the Versa woodgrain dash kit with a matching steering wheel cover to keep things neat.

Wow looks great! How much did the wood grain cost and how long did it take to install?

HI alonso.

thanks for the compliment....bought it off eBay from "The Dash Outlet" it was called "Burlwood"..

.Winning bid: US $75.99 Shipping costs: US $12.00 UPS Ground Ships to: Worldwide Item location: Houston, Texas, United States

This is the second kit I have installed, and tho' the routine is the same, they were both a PITA to get right.

Takes about a half hour for cleaning, prep and install..BUT, get each piece perfectly placed the first time, or die.

Here's some more pics of the Vesa Project..

I can't view "Personal Storage" picture sites from work. Our corporate firewall blocks them. Any chance you can direct-post a few of the shots here? I'd like to see what you did.

Very nice car, from where did you get the door handle covers ?

Only one thing i didn't like : the steering wheel cover i think ether you remove it and keep the steering wheel leather which look classy OR you buy more expensive steering wheel cover that will cover the entire steering.

Nice touch.

My Versa has the light biege interior, but I think most buyers wound up with the darker color.

Here's a shot of the same dash kit installed in a Versa with the charcoal interior, but I think the Burlwood looks better with the beige interior.

There are many different styles of these kits. Actually the OEM Versa dash looks great too, it's just a matter of taste (or lack of it) to go to all this trouble.

LOL...I rarely see my boss. You would have to stand in the bushes outside of my office window to look over my shoulder at my monitor.

Anyhow...That looks great!!! My wife's Versa has the beige interior also. That looks really classy. I like it.
