I bought a 2006 G35 back in march and lately when I start it up, the VDC Off light and SLIP light comes on and stays on. When these lights come on it doesn't give me any power to drive and stalls.
Does this happen to anyone? What causes it?

If I remember correctly this means that something with the traction control or abs, I cant remember, is not working right. Refer to your owners manual for more info. Since it is an '06 it should be under warranty. I would definitely recommend taking it to the dealer for service right away.

Yep. It happened to my '05 as well. Simple fix for the dealer.

ok well i'm having this same situation with my '03 coupe but it drives well and doesn't stall out at all just these two lights (VDC off & SLIP light) stays on i was wondering if the TPS would be the same fix for me as well
