Varrstoen ES2 Rim size help

Hey Experts. Here is a question for you guys. I've got a 94 TT with stock 16'' rims on it. The car is a weekend driver not racing. I really like Varrstoen ES2 rims but after researching rim/tire/offset my head is spinning. Can someone give me a definitive wheel/tire/offset size that will fit a TT without any modifications. (fender rolling). Ideally i wanted same size for the front and back so i can rotate them. I am not going after the widest/biggest tires with camber modification. Somethings that performs good and looks good. The rim size i would prefer is 18'' Thanks.
