Vacuum Gauge install questions

I'm starting a gauge project. I been looking around on the form with no answer. If I could get help. I can make write up to answer all these questions plus the write up.

I had a few questions about gauge install.
1) A good source to tap to read Vacuum.
Using PCV off intake mani on the left
2) A good place to run wire(s) from engine bay to cabin.
Using locations most people run AMP wiring
3) A places to tap for power. Looking for a trigger for running lights
Using factory Accessory Service Connector (Part # 999Q9 AY000)
Using driver side connector port
Taping Pin #:
1 for power
3 For ACC trigger
