UV protection for dash

I found a 76 280z dash for my z it has only 1 small crack in it, once I fix it I want to make sure it doesnt crack, so I was wondering what UV protectant is good?

I use miguars and keep my car out of the sun, mine was crack free when I got it, it has since developed a small crack inthe center which is now over an inch long
