hey guys, its def worth a try. yes, the software can detect when the vehicle is moving, but it can be tricked. the hack with the avic D3 takes advantage of loopholes in the software. before folks figured it out, they used to use the same method employed in this write up. but a whole team of techies worked on solving the hack in the avicdangeris wrote:

Haha, no toggle switch needed on the D3, no headlight flashing or any of that, just switch the mute wire on the harness, ground it, ground the parking brake wire, and go...Importroller wrote:I use an aftermarket Pioneer N2, so my hack is different than yours.
