use 1999 ignition coils in 2000 vq30de

Is it possible to use 1999 VQ30de coils in a 2000 VQ30DE?

Looking at the pictures, they look somewhat similar, but with different mountings (2 bolt apiece on 99 vs 1 bolt for 2000)

Is there a way to adapt these? Anybody tried it?

I've seen 2000 coils used on a 95, so I presume the opposite would work. As for the fitment, you could try using a dremel to trim up the mounting hole that you don't need.
