anyone know off the top of their head if the US pulsar engine harness will plug into the JDM turbo ecu? .. since the engine is the 99% same, the harness should fit... but being FF ... it might not... does anyone know conclusively? .. might make my search for a new ca18det harness more successful

the ECU harness connector is totally different and more or less the rest of the harness itself is, while many individual connectors may be the same it is, essentially, useless.

It will be a waste of time to us a US FWD harness,

The harness layout is completely different due to FWD configuration, nothing will reach if you use a FWD on a RWD, I used one before and I had basically to rebuild the entire harness and work on a RWD, lots of time involved.

The ecu plug is completely different as it got 4 seperate plugs compared to the RWD Jdm plug. Also, you need to replace all your injector plugs as they won't work on the Ca18det due to being keyed differently.

Keep your eye on ebay or ask if anyone on this forum got one for sale.

GOOD LUCK,PULSAR GTRRafi

I you just need an ECU plug, a z32 one is the same IIRC... Just go up to Nissan. At least at the one I worked at, we had a big box of plugs, and they had ECU Plugs in there too.
