ups came today!!!!!

Yesterday i went on the tracking thing and it said it was ready for pickup. they are coming from cali so i figure i should get them by friday. its 10:30 pm just decided to look and see were there at and it say item delivered at 3pm, i ran downstairs and found my package. my carbon fiber mad eyelids have arrived. now i have to get them painted. i took some pix.

im confused...why are they so thick? And how much did u pay?

there really thin the one side looks thick it goes between the headlight and the hood its and angle and i got them cheep $53.99 shipped its real carbon fiber. im gonna get it painted to match my paint. i showed my mom what they look like on the car and she said it looks cute. she dosent look cute she looks really pissed off not cute. lol

oh man..imo these only look good with the matching CF hood, my buddies got this on his z as well. Be sure to apply them with great force or the adhesive starts popping up after a insanely short amount of time.

You should use pop rivets.

+ 1 ^ With all the downforce you'll be generating from those lids, you'll need to have pretty good fasteners. Go with titanium pop rivets.

Priceless, glad someone picked up the idea and ran with it - that dry tone doesn't always play well over the ether. I wish I would have come up with the titanium idea. Well done!
