uphelp:battery and brake turned on only up the incline

My nissan sentra 2000 GXE battery and brake turned on month ago, which only happened when the car was up the incline especially when speed up, when down the incline or on the flat road, the light turned off. I took it cheked by nissan dealer, the alternator and the battery is good, the brake fluid is full, I also changed the drive belts, it is no use, they can not find the problem. in recent days it turned on more often than before. Does anyone meet the same problem and can help me fix the problem?

Does your car have ABS? When was the last time the brake pads were changed?

my car no ABS, I bought it one year ago, i do not know the last time the brake pads were chaged. But I do a brake check 2 weeks ago, the dealer said , it is out of adjust, it needs to clean, but i did not do it .

Usually if your brake light goes on up a hill, you are low on brake fluid and your reservior sensor can see it.

Yesterday the car was done a rear brake clean and adjusted by the dealer, But today the brake and battery light can still turn on up the slope.I also checked the brake fluid, it is full, I don,t know how to do next step?
