upgrades

I just bought a 02 Pathfinder 5spd and I'm interested in making a few upgrades. I'm thinking about getting a cold air intake and possibly custom exhausted to start. The thing is not to many companies seem to make a cia for this truck and it also has to be street legal. The cia K&N makes for it isn't street legal in NY. I was wondering what kind people are using (stillen, weapon r, etc...).
