Posting on the off chance someone is searching for another AMSOIL report on a vq37vhr, so hopefully you'll find it useful/interesting. I swore I would remember the mileage when I did this oil change but had to estimate 8k miles in the end. I'm taking more accurate records this time around. I used an AMSOIL oil filter as well.

I will test again at 10k miles, but will not use an AMSOIL filter when I do. Based on other reports over at Bob Is The Oil Guy, the filter does not matter as much as I thought it would. Looking forward to saving a few bucks on the next filter.
