Well tonight spec_R and technoman will be at the Orlando Nico meet. Tonight we just might pick a race, to see who's fastest once and for all!

i dont want to sound like an *** , but he said "all motor", and that usually means the person has done things to the motor other than forced induction. he (technoman) has a little less hp, but more torque than the type r. i cant wait to hear who wins.it will be close.

Well we raced last nigt from a red light. We both launched at the same time. first and 2nd we were neck and neck until I hit 3rd and I pulled the type R so HA! My car is fast and will clearly beat a Stock Type-R! It will not be long before I start modding the R for my friend and at that point he will be faster than me but last night he got schooled :ylsuper

Hey technoman I rode in your car last night. It was a nice race and I wish that sentra didnt pull out cause you woulda had him by a good car length but I was amazed after third that it started to start pulling but nice job again.

... if street racing NA I4's is anti-rice... i can't wait till im a ricer.

but i was thinking, track racing, and forced induction was the way to go.

Well someday soon we will be taking it to the track to see who's faster but it sucks because I’m tuning both cars! It's better to race against someone tuning their car with out me knowing what their doing. O well I just like making cars fast! The type R will fly when I’m done! :ylsuper

i believe the the itr was stock..i dunno about technomans car. all i know is that his was NA.

Nissan's have most of their power in 3rd gear.My Spec V is crazy powerfull in 3rd.1st and 2nd are ok.I was behind a 98 Cobra not to long ago and the car in front of him turned,we had to downshift to 2nd and when the car got out of his was he steped on it.So did I and I kept right behind him through the top of 2nd and 3rd then he started to walk away from me.He was so impressed by a Sentra keeping up that he stoped me to find out more about my car.:thumbup

Well the it-R has been tuned by me with new plugs,wires,cap,rotor and fuel filter. We bolted an AEM intake on it to see what it would do. This next race should be cool. I beat him last time but not so sure this time.

The car is just fast!

Last night me a spec_R set out to see who was the fastest. Since the last time we raced I have installed an AEM intake and I did a full tune up on the IT-R. The car is fast and is a blast to drive. The first race was from red a light so we both launch at the same time and once again I pull away in 3rd gear. The next thing we did was run side by side at 70MPH on I-4 to see who would win up top. We were both in 5th gear and down shifted into 4th and one again I pull away and spec R backed off at 110MPH! ***** cough cough! Little did he know that im out at 120! The last thing we did was switch cars and race against each other and I lost in the IT-R! If an IT-R is capable of a 14 sec Mile time My 240 should have no problem breaking the 14’s I will install a “JDM” header and a better exhaust on the R and we will see what happens then. Spec-R just needs to move into a Nissan! :ylsuper

Please dont do what we did, street racing is very dangerous and people can get hurt! We are just stupid so dont be like us!:D

yea some dude in philly last week was decapitated when he hit a bump on railroad tracks doin 120 in and rx7 my buddy told me yesterday. i dont know if he was runnign fromt he cops or what but there are def a lot of ******* drivers that will speed through parking lots full of people on weekend nights. i have street raced but there are certain places where u only put yourself at risk and not others

we did it on a week night with no one around country roads that we know very well! and well I cant say much about I-4 as people die every day on that highway!

yea exactly we drive almost 10miles outside of our suburban/rural area to go to a more rural area about 2 houses on a street 2 miles long

awesome races, congrats bro, shoulda got a video, but awesome nonetheless, im still curious as to waht you have on your 24o thogh, cause ITRs stock can beat a stock SR'd 24o, and vengance, NICE ASSS
