Twin Turbo ECU and Apexi AFC NEO Fuel Computer???

Whats going on zclub? I'm new on here to the nico z club, but I've owner my Z32 for about a year now. Its a 2+2 5 speed manual and I am in the process of purchasing various parts to do the NA to TT swap. I already have the Apexi AFC Neo fuel computer from a previous project car that I scrapped and I wanted to know is it necessary to buy a Twin Turbo ECM since the fuel computer going to be piggy backing off of the NA ECM?
