this will be my setup for my kat to run 10-15psi, stock internals.

- turbo "super 57" .63 turbine housing, stage3- big front mount- msd 6al- custome aluminum fuel rail- 255 hi pressure, hi flow pump- adjutable regulator- 55lbs injectors

now what should i do, i have hks aic 3 if i decide to go with the additional injectors setup.

get a cal from jwt with cobra maf?

there is a thread about hacking stock maf to run with boost. (i am not too sure)

should i get an afc?

this is my first n/a turbo car with maf, so i am still learning.thanks.

You may want to consider larger injectors, NOT additional injectors.your playing a dangerous game with 10-15psi on a stock bottom end KA and a 9.5:1 CRyour will need fuel correction, grab an afc from whoever.dont really understand, but grab a larger MAF. z32 one works great.your missing a BOVwastegatemanifoldand a couple other things.

may I suggest Maximum Boost by Corky Bell. Should be found at your local book store.

Orion will tell you this once he reads the post but using 55lb injectors using only a hacked MAF is not a very good idea.

My suggestion, get the SAFC II and switch to a Z32 MAF. This way you won't max out the stock MAF at around 12PSI.

And defintely change injectors, don't use additional anything...

As usual I have to disagree with everyone. If you already have an AIC and 550's then your set with what you have. Run your secondary fuel rail above your stock one, plumb in the 550's and your good to go. Thats enough fuel for 20 psi. I suggest you buy a MSD BTM, its a timing controller that will automaticly retard your timing for you on boost. Very easy to install and use. Your going to need it with anything over say 10 psi.

I also suggest using a knock meter.

Don't listen to anyone who say additional injection is a bad idea. Drag cars have been using all kinds of additional injection for years. I personally have used it for the last 4. It works, trust me. Not to mention keeping your stock pieces intact. The AIC should be very easy to tune, simply pick what boost you want the secondary injectors to come on at, then set the rate of gain. Atleast thats how most setups work.

Best of luck.

And i'll have to agree with you.

15psi on stock internals should not be a problem with the right fuel.
