Turbo Gaskets??

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

well im starting to bolt up my turbo/manifold/and wastegate and i dont have any gaskets. im assuming that i will need gaskets for everything right? heres the ones i can think of: manifold to block/1 turbo to manifold/2 wastegate/1 downpipe gasket. am i missing any. were did everyone get their gaskets? can i just get that gasket sheet where you cut out your own gaskets because i really dont want to have to order any. thanks

I wouldn't use that cut out stuff. I tried it and it blew out in a couple of weeks. I wound up buying a used metal one for the mani to turbo and cleaned up the two sides on the outlet and bolted them together. It leaks a little, but I really don't care. :) Maybe you could contact XS and see if they can help you.

jsut get stock replacement for the head to mani, like $9 at advanced auto parts. i have an extra wastegate gasket i can send u with the fmu in a couple weeks once i get my jwt ecu

They should have all the turbo related ones. Get stainless steel where they are available. The deltagate gaskets only come in the perforated metal impregnated with graphite. These work fine if you keep the connection tight. If it comes loose they will blow. I'd order a few extra just in case. At least until you are sure everything will stay tight...
