my setup is

T3 turbo370cc injectorexternal wastegate set at 8psijgstools log style manifoldE-manage255 fuel pumpCartech FMUIntercooler

if anyone who can help me on the tuning the E-manage would be nice, any input, comment , anything would be good. Thank youI know some of the member blew their engine after they just start their car, I just want to know what I need to precaution about? if I take it to the shop to tune it, how much is it for them to tune it for me usually? by the way it's a 98 alty not a 240 Ka. Thank you

Keep the boost set at 8 with a buffer of 2 psi and you should be ok. use a WB o2 sensor and tune it on the dyno.

You're using larger injectors and an FMU? Might be rather redundant if you are keeping boost under 10 psi and may make it a bit more difficult to tune since fuel pressure change will make the mapping non-linear.

As far as the E-Manage, I am using one and all I did was use the injector conversion function and backed the timing about 3 degrees at higher airflows(boost).

C-Kwik. Do you happen to have any pics of the emanage install? I'm installing my Greddy kit saturday-however long it takes to complete and I need to know exactly how to wire the emanage. An ECU pinout guide would be nice (yeah I know, get an FSM). I wasn't sure if there is much of a diference 96 s14 and a 98.

Is there any formula , equation or math to do for the e-manage fuel map , air/fuel map, all other manual input map tuning , I want to tune it myself (learn something new) as the same time I dont' want to blew my motor becase it ran too lean. I can't afford a Wideband O2 sensor right now? would a OEM sensor with a A/F gauge work?I am tinking to run at low boost first 2-3 psi and tune it ? would that be a good idea? however, I purchcase one of those Tial "style" gauge ( I just found out it wasn't Tial) wastegate, anyways, any member here who are using that? u know what kind of spring I can put it in? I am thinking to get something low psi for now untill I can tune the e-manage . thank you

I do not. The E-Manage install manual will have a diagram for your wiring in it. I didn't even touch an FSM to install mine. The differences between the 95, 96, & 97-98 ECU's are not an issue since the E-Manage only taps into wires that are common for all the ECU's.

As far as nismo1003's comments, there's no single formula. Motors breathe very differently depending on Throttle position and engine speeds. Someone got a hold of a Greddy tuning Map for an RSX Kit and the tuning looks far from linear. It's a bit harder for me to interpret though since it uses a MAP sensor and a pressure sensor. The best thing to do would be to get it on a dyno. If you want to tune on the street, I'd recommend at least using a wideband. You can roughly tune it using EGT's but I'd stay on the safe side of tuning if you do.

doctorj: do you know anyone with access to the E-Manage support tool? The map for the RSX that someone got came off an E-Manage that for some reason wasn't password protected. They guy who discovered was a dealer and says most are protected. I'm just looking for opportunities to get a hold of the KA tuning map. Given the Greddy kit uses 370 cc injectors, it may work well for those of us using Nissan 370cc injectors as well. If you were in socal I'd bring my laptop with support tool so see...but you are not.

I don't have the support tool currently, nor do I have instructions. I have the wiring figured out now. I found all the numbers that I'm going to need. As soon as I get the support tool I'll try to send the program out to you.
