tuning tuning and tuning a e-manage?how?

I did seach and dont' have any info about how to tune a e-manage, I've been having questions about how to proper tune a E-manage, I'm about to buy a wide-band o2 for monitoring and tuning . what I am thinking to tranfer the data from the ECU to e manage as a reference and tune from there (that's the way the FMU tune). run little rich and to a proper setting, I hope someone who has a e-manage can help me out on here,instruction (detail )would be nice. any input would help too! :help
