Hi guys I'm new here . I have 1999 y33 aka Nissan gloria . The trunk release button stopped working the trunk can be opened only by key don't really know what should I look for could it be a fuse ?!

Does yours have the valet button in the glovebox that might have been switched accidentally?

I was thinking same, my ‘95 even has the switch in the glovebox.

Yeah I didn’t notice that until I first changed my cabin air filter a few months into ownership. I use it every now and then when I park in a sketchy neighborhood

Maybe it was 98. My 97 Maxima doesn’t have one. Don’t know if the i30 does though.
