I currently have a 99 Infiniti I30 and was rear ended last week. My trunk and bumper are damaged but that seems to be the extent of the damage so I was thinking of getting it fixed. I found a 97 trunk that has the spoiler I need for my 3rd tail light but it says the trunk fits 96-97. There is another trunk that is from 99 and it says it fits a 98-99. I was under the impression that they were all the same but figured I'd check with some people more knowledge about the subject than myself.

My apologies if this was asked before. I did search but didn't find anything that said for sure. Just a bunch of people who can't open their trunk etc.

Well I usually use infinitipartsdeal.com as a quick reference guide. LID-TRUNK is Lookup Code 84300 in the diagram below.


Their part fitment guide says it fits Infiniti I30 model years 1996-1999.
