The worst president in the history of the United States has been impeached, lost the popular vote twice, has now lost the presidency and reelection, lost the house and the senate, tried to falsely tell the American people that the previous president Obama (A two term president) was not born in the United States, and wants to run for president again.
Who is that stupid that would vote for him?
Perhaps 74 million unAmerican people?

Do a little research and you might be surprised at what you find. The people that allegedly broke in weren't MAGA, but Antifa. They were let in by police, and took selfies with them. You can't just take over a federal building, and do what we saw yesterday without some help from the inside. This sure seems like it was orchestrated by members of the Senate, and members of the capital police.

Thank you for your intelligent and accurate response.

The videos and hours of coverage show many of those breaking in to the US Capitol wearing MAGA hats some holding confederate flags.

Arrests are ongoing and Trump previously stated that those attacking federal buildings should receive ten years in jail.
I'm sure many of those involved in attempting to overthrow the United States government will receive their just reward as soon as the new attorney general takes office in thirteen days.

Invoking the 25th amendment or another Trump impeachment discussions are ongoing.
Pelosi, Schumer and others who are calling for Trump to be thrown out of office before the end of his term are misrepresenting the meaning and intent of the 25th Amendment. They are peddling a constitutional canard.

The 25th Amendment provides for the president’s removal and replacement in the event that he is “unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office.”

Although incapacity is not defined, the legislative history summarized by the Congressional Research Service makes it abundantly evident that the framers of the amendment envisioned a chief executive who was stricken by a debilitating stroke, heart attack, or bodily injury (such as in an attempted assassination) and was physically or mentally disabled as a direct consequence.

The authors of the amendment, which was proposed by Congress and ratified by the states after the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963, made it clear that it was not intended to facilitate the removal of an unpopular or failed president, or for any other political purpose. Concerns about character are dramatically different than mental incapacity.

Sen. Birch Bayh, D-Ind., who was the architect of the amendment, stated that the word “unable” meant “an impairment of the president’s faculties” such that he is “unable either to make or communicate his decisions as to his own competency to execute the powers and duties of his office.”

On the House side, the principal framer was Rep. Richard Poff, R-Va. He cited “some physical ailment or sudden accident” rendering a president “unconscious or paralyzed and therefore unable to make or to communicate the decision to relinquish the powers of his office.”

Against this legislative backdrop, the 25th Amendment has no application to the circumstances that unfolded Wednesday. Pelosi and Schumer don’t care about that. In a shameless ploy, they seek to bastardize a constitutional standard for partisan gain.

Fox has gone off the deep end officially now too..
Speaking of Fox

Fox Settled a Lawsuit Over Its Lies. But It Insisted on One Unusual Condition.

Why did the network insist an agreement with the family of a murdered young man remain undisclosed until after the election?

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/01/17/busi ... ement.html

"By Ben Smith

Jan. 17, 2021

On Oct. 12, 2020, Fox News agreed to pay millions of dollars to the family of a murdered Democratic National Committee staff member, implicitly acknowledging what saner minds knew long ago: that the network had repeatedly hyped a false claim that the young staff member, Seth Rich, was involved in leaking D.N.C. emails during the 2016 presidential campaign. (Russian intelligence officers, in fact, had hacked and leaked the emails.)

Fox’s decision to settle with the Rich family came just before its marquee hosts, Lou Dobbs and Sean Hannity, were set to be questioned under oath in the case, a potentially embarrassing moment. And Fox paid so much that the network didn’t have to apologize for the May 2017 story on FoxNews.com.

But there was one curious provision that Fox insisted on: The settlement had to be kept secret for a month — until after the Nov. 3 election. The exhausted plaintiffs agreed."

Perhaps you missed that piece of news?

Worst president? On his first day in office Biden killed thousands of jobs.
AOPL LAMENTS JOBS LOST ON BIDEN'S ON FIRST DAY
“Killing 10,000 jobs and taking $2.2 billion in payroll out of workers pockets is not what Americans need or want right now,” said Andy Black, AOPL President and CEO.

CNN Accidentally Proves That Trump Did NOT Call for Violence at the Capitol
According to a new report from CNN, “Evidence uncovered so far, including weapons and tactics seen on surveillance video, suggests a level of planning that has led investigators to believe the attack on the US Capitol was not just a protest that spiraled out of control, a federal law enforcement official says.”

This completely undermines the entire case Democrats made for impeaching Trump.

CNN’s story also seems to support other reports that the FBI had warned Capitol Police a day before the assault that there was evidence that an attack on the Capitol was expected and being planned on social media platforms, including Twitter.

Man accused of beating officers with bat during Capitol riot said he wasn't there "for Trump"

But hey, at least you can now select your Preferred Pronouns on the White House website. Surely this will this will be a big boost to the nation's economy! :lolling:

Oh please! Biden's press secretary turned into a bumbling mess when asked why Biden didn’t wear a mask at the Lincoln Memorial. Look, for the past four years the press corps treated the Trump administration with outright hostility, then Biden comes in and all they want to know is will he keep the color scheme on Air Force One. They really are speaking truth to power, aren’t they?

Biden: Hold my beer

Trump won't be convicted. Even CNN has acknowledged that Trump had nothing to do with the "insurrection". Did you see the vote taken in the Senate? In case you missed it, there aren't enough votes to get a conviction. BTW, if the Dems follow through on harassing a private citizen, there's nothing to prevent the Repubs from doing the same to Obama when they retake congress.

Politifact is a web site run by some left-wing journalists at the Tampa Bay Times. Their content might as well be written by the Democrat Party. Instead of giving you the facts and letting you interpret them for yourself, fact-checking sites like Politifact actually provide subjective analysis — drawing conclusions, interpreting and analyzing the facts for you — all under the banner of an objective "fact check." Politifact, who initially rated Obama’s claim “if you like you healthcare plan, you can keep your healthcare plan” as “true.” They’d later have to reevaluate the claim, which they determined to be the “lie of the year." Oops!

Yes I remember that from 2009 repeated for years on Fox. A mistake that President Obama made with concessions made to Republicans in an futile attempt to obtain bipartisan support. Republicans decided right after President Obama was elected they were going to make him a one term president and oppose everything he attempted to do.
Remember when Republicans promised a better cheaper healthcare plan?
Republicans tried over fifty times to repeal the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare. They failed!
It is more popular today than it was when first enacted. Republicans were lying to the American People then and continued to lie right up to the end of the Trump presidency.
How many times did Trump in his many speeches tell the American people that the Republican health plan would be released within the next two weeks?
Well the election came without a Republican Healthcare plan and Trump is finally gone.
During President Obama's first tern, Republicans gained seats in the midterms but failed in attempting to make President Obama a one term president.
Joe Biden will not be making that same mistake again with his executive orders and the 1.9 Trillion relief plan.
The Republican party is now split between those that support Liz Cheney and those that support Marjorie Taylor Green.
That could be a huge problem if they expect to recover senate control in 2022?

As for sources of accurate news, many on the right refer to The New York Times as fake news the New York Times is now and has been for many years the nations newspaper of record.

The New York Times Tops 7.5 Million Subscriptions as Ads Decline

In its fourth-quarter earnings report, The New York Times Company said 2020 was its biggest year for adding subscribers.

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/02/04/busi ... nings.html

I'll stick to the New York Times and Washington Post for accuracy in what our government is doing.

The second impeachment of former president Donald Trump begins tomorrow.
Perhaps you and millions of other Trump supporters still believe the false assertions that Trump won and is not a former president?

Whether Trump is convicted or not the millions of high school students that lost attending graduation, senior proms, and athletic programs will be watching the impeachment proceedings and as they very soon have the right to vote will be making intelligent choices at the ballot box or on the mail in paper ballot.
Trump will forever be known as the worst president in the history of the United States, and a failed one term twice impeached president that incited an insurrection that tried to overthrow the elected government of the United States.
