I fired my CA up for the first time. didn't start. cranked it again. didn't start. So I disconnected the the battery. after about 30 seconds I connected it back. I turned the ignition to the on position then the green and red lights start coming on showing some kind of trouble code. When they came on they both came at the same time. When they did come on they both flashed 1 time, paused 3 seconds then flashed 2 times, paused again, 3 flashes, paused again, 4 flashes, paused again, 5 flashes, then it would start all over again. I just hope that ecu is not fried or anything like that. Can someone help me figure this out. I need to get my car running ASAP.

download service manual, in the FAQ. While you're in there, read the other stickied threads on top of the page, and search for pulling codes. Very common topic, easy to find out how to do it.
