Transmisson click when stopped

dont know what it is but every now and then my coupe makes a clicking when stopped at a red light. dont know were it's coming from but i think it might be the cvt resetting, itself any comments??

My car clicks when in reverse. Had it fixed once and now its making the same noise again. I have an appointment this weekend for service.
