Transmission Question

I own a 1991 240sx LE, Recently (2 months ago) 2nd gear started grinding, 2 weeks ago it would not shift to 5th gear, last week was driving the car, it popped out of gear, refused to go into any gear, and car was towed home. Any assistance would be appreciated. The shifter will not go into any gear, engine on, clutch engaged or otherwise. Car has 118k miles transmission fluid was last changed in 1998 at 75k.

Check to make sure you still have fluid in your clutch MC. If so push the clutch in and out while someone is looking at the slave, making sure it moves. If so check trans fluid at the check plug. If no fluid and/or clutch slave wont move check for leaks. Not changing trans fluid wont cause that. Hell I have seen cars with 200+K on factory trans fluid. It didnt look pretty, but it still ran. Man trans fluid change isnt as critical as auto trans.

I checked the slave, it is moving properly. would a 1985 300zx N/A FS5W71C have the same input shaft as the KA?
