I need a measurement from the bellhousing/engine mating surface to the shifter on a S13 CA18DET transmission. I've got this feeling that it may be a bit long for me (putting it in the MG) but I'd like to make sure before I buy something else, like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem. Thanks!

32 inches give or take 1/2 inch or so...
