Okay well Im finally close to finishing my swap, but Im about to attach the transmission to the engine and I don't really know which screws are which and I think I didn't get them, Im just wondering if anyone knows the measures of the screws that go in there. If not do the ones from the auto trannie work? Its a 1991 240sx Ka24de

I have this for the automatic trnasmission, but I couldn't find anything for a manual.

Hopefully this will help some.

i salvaged a few from the auto. The rest i got from the junkyard or ace hardware. Im not running the bottem bolts yet from where the old auto flex plate cover was, or the 2 top ones. So i guess in only really have like 5 in, but its not a daily driver and right now its only one degree out so to cold to work on the car. Hope this helps you.

Manual and auto bolts are different and I believe the manual starter bolts are about 1/2 longer. You can get some of the auto bolt to work in the manual trans. Just find a bolt, if it threads in a decent amount of turns, use it.

my SR came with all the bolts just chillin in the holes, I took them all out and then my dumb *** forgot were they came.

I just ended up test threading them in there and u can tell if its in the right spot... try ur longest bolts first cause u dont want to put short bolts in the long holes then end up gettting to the short holes and try to thread the long bolts cause then u will have to take them out again.

The only bellhousing bolts that I was able to reuse from my swap was the ones where the gussets bolt to the tranny, the auto starter bolts will not work with the manual, here's the info that I used from http://www.ka24development.com, the sizes listed work just the same for the sohc and the dohc. I had a hard time getting all of the bolts at one ace hardware, I ended up going to three different places to get all the ones I needed, just be sure to get grade 8.......

The bellhousing bolts are similar, but different for the Auto and 5-speed transmissions...you may be able to reuse a couple, but you'll need new ones (length) for 95% of the bolts - Anyway, here are the part numbers and lengths:

Bolts = 08131-0601A / 60mm length / 4 neededWashers = 08915-2401A / 4 needed

Bolt = 08131-0701A / 70mm length / 1 neededWasher = 08915-2401A

Bolts = 08124-0301F / 35mm / 2 neededNuts = 08911-2401A / 2 needed

Bolt = 08124-0601F / 65mm / 1 neededNut = 09811-2401A / 1 needed

Bolt = 08071-0251A / 25mm / 1 needed

Starter Bolts = 01121-03751 / 95mm / 2 needed

Credit to "roycenagger" from Freshalloy for the part numbers listed here...

If you choose to get these from your local ACE Hardware (or wherever)...the bolts for the block are all M10 X 1.5 thread/pitch, so just find bolts of the correct length as listed above.
